Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and help us maintain an efficient schedule for all learners, the following cancellation policy applies:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provideat least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson (no-shows), will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
We understand that emergencies happen. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we’re happy to review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
