Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and maintain an efficient schedule for all learners, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without any notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
We understand that emergencies happen. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly—we’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis.
